Every commercial job we run carries PS3 producer-statement competence and a full QA pack at handover. Photos, dockets, product certificates, and sign-off, attached and indexed, ready for your file.

  • H1 thermal compliance

    Specification, install, and PS3 sign-off across wall, ceiling, floor, and intertenancy assemblies. R-values you can stand behind.

  • Intertenancy acoustic

    STC/IIC-rated systems for multi-unit residential, hotels, schools, and aged care. Autex, Kingspan, Asona, James Hardie Mineral Wool.

  • Fire-rated systems

    Mineral-wool fire stops, fire-rated intertenancy walls, and ceiling penetrations to spec.

  • EWP install

    Elevated-work-platform install in convention centres, hotels, atriums, and warehouses. IRATA-aware, safety-first, finished surfaces protected.

  • Finished-surface protection

    On fitouts we install around finished plasterboard, mechanical, and ceiling grid without damaging adjoining trades.

  • PS3 producer statement

    Issued at handover. Compliance pack closes the file with the certifier.

  • Do you work as a subcontractor to main contractors?

    Yes. R-Value is a specialist insulation subcontractor to tier-one main builders on commercial, multi-unit, aged-care and education sites across Auckland, Waikato and the wider North Island. We run our scope to suit the main programme so insulation is never the trade that holds the job up.

  • What is a PS3 and do you provide one?

    A PS3 is a Producer Statement - Construction: the installer's signed statement that the work was built to the approved specification. We carry PS3 producer-statement competence and issue one at handover with the full QA pack so the certifier can close the file.

  • Which regions do you cover for commercial insulation?

    Auckland is our core market. We also deliver across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Northland and Gisborne, with recent work in Cambridge, Hamilton, Tauranga, Whangarei and Gisborne.

  • Can you meet H1 thermal compliance?

    Yes. We install wall, ceiling, floor and intertenancy assemblies to the R-values the design requires, with the vapour control to match, and issue the PS3 and R-value documentation at handover.
