A Pink Batts thermal install across 20 villas on the MetLifeCare Bay Sands retirement village at Mount Maunganui, delivered for Watts & Hughes and completed February 2026. Pink Batts to walls and ceilings across the resident villas: multi-unit aged-care delivery in the format MLC's larger programmes follow. Twenty separate villas delivered in stages across multiple months. Site discipline matters at this scale because errors compound across the unit count. Delivered to programme.
