Why this build mattered.
Two two-storey classroom blocks plus a new hall on the Te Nikau School (Flat Bush) expansion, delivered for Watts & Hughes Auckland. Autex GreenStuf 140mm thermal roll to the internal and external walls; Autex Sound Solution acoustic roll across the internal partitions, a full Autex programme matched to the Ministry of Education spec. Handed over in March 2025: on time, on budget, no variations. A straightforward install for our crew on a Tier 1 main-contractor programme: the kind of quiet delivery that earns the next invitation.
