Why this build mattered.
Two-building delivery at Silverdale on the MetLifeCare Gulf Rise programme, delivered for Watts & Hughes as main contractor. Mixed system across thermal, acoustic, and rigid board, plus Autex soffit liner to the carpark, the same finished-product discipline we ran at Elementum. Working inside an active retirement village programme means tight site rules, restricted hours, and zero tolerance for noise or dust beyond the work zone. Delivered on time, on programme, and signed off without rework.
